Our virtual judge panel scored every project on the official five criteria (1 to 10 each) during the event. This is not the official panel's result.

The read

what carried it
Live, no-login PWA with real speech and vision AI, deterministic safety fence, human confirmation and measured latency and tests.
what gets it there next time
Long page with side claims (token ledger, agent tooling) that do not help the healthcare case, and voice accuracy is only tested on synthetic voices.
from the notebook
That's us. We scored ourselves with the same rubric and the same strictness. We didn't place, and the reason why is written on the home page.
how they used AI
gpt-4o-transcribe and gpt-4o for visit extraction, label and photo reading, week card drafting, with labeled simulated fallback
